Vinyasa Fire Yoga
This 60-minute class is designed to build heat, tone and detoxify the body. Together we will synchronize movement and breathe for the ultimate mind-body practice. When you’re ready to get sweaty, this high-intensity flow sequence is perfect for building strength, endurance and balance. This class will leave you feeling powerful and invigorated. *Heated Class
Vinyasa Level 1
Vinyasa Level 1 is a great place to start for new practitioners – or to stay – if this style resonates with you. This practice is a slower practice with a focus on alignment and form. You’ll be introduced to basic foundational yoga asanas (postures), yogic breath and meditation technique. Strength, flexibility and body awareness are just some of the fruits that this yoga practice bears.
In this Vinyasa Flow class you will synchronize breath with movement. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. In a Vinyasa class, students awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility in a fun atmosphere. *Heated

Core Power Vinyasa
In this Core Vinyasa Flow class, you will be guided through a variety of yoga poses and exercises designed to strengthen, stabilize and tone the core of your body. The core is the area connecting your upper and lower body, including the abdominals, mid and low back, and glutes. A strong core is beneficial in many ways, and can help improve balance, digestion, lower back pain and day to day movement. This class is suitable for all levels of experience; options for beginners and advanced practitioners are given.
Core Infused Slow Flow – Low Heat
Yoga Strong is modelled off of Yoga Bootcamp classes. This class involves yoga postures and breath work, as well as weight training and athletic conditioning.
Look forward to a class that is high intensity and designed to make you sweat, work hard and have fun. This a full body conditioning class and a great compliment to
your yoga practice.

Recharge & Restore
In this class, we use a combination of Vinyasa (or flow) class with some restorative poses thrown in! This class will allow you to get your body moving and then blissed out and relaxed!
In this class, we will use mantras, meditation and gentle movements in addition to traditional restorative postures where you will be well supported with lots of props. The purpose of this class is to give the Central Nervous System a chance to slow down, to bring ourselves out of fight or flight mode and into a state of relaxation and rest. The focus is on connecting to the breath and releasing long-held patterns of stress and tension in the body.
Practitioners are lead through a shortened Vinyasa Flow which is intended to move and strengthen the body with elements drawn from traditional Flow practices. Transitioning into restorative poses and postures is designed to heighten the overall experience of these two styles of yoga, culminating in an overall “feel good” experience for the mind and body. Modifications are explored in order to safely lead practitioners to their full expressions or to deepen their own personal experience in this practice.
Perfect class for beginners, for those who are uncertain, or have questions. For all of us who want to better understand how our body works in movement and flow. This is an opportunity to experience a learning environment for yoga poses and integrated therapeutic exercises, to build posture muscles, healthy alignment and core stability. This is the class where you can ask why. Come with your questions and learn modifications that make asana approachable for everyone. We will spend time deconstructing a pose and practice safely, to protect the spine and joints. Enjoy new ways to approach Eastern traditional poses as we bring them into our Western world.
Yoga Beginners Class
Yoga for Beginners Class provides a safe and welcoming environment for you to explore, experience and gain an understanding of meditation, various breathing exercises (pranayama) and various poses (Asanas). You will learn how to integrate your breath with movement while working through a breakdown of beginner level poses and modifications. Each class will build upon a knowledge base of fundamental yoga principles and what it means to practice yoga both on and off your mat. This class is for anyone who is new to yoga as well as a practicing yogi who just wants to get back to the basics.
Yoga for the Heart
This class will begin with simple postures, and then, gradually, become more challenging as we work with the heart; requiring greater stamina and strength. Warm up with sun salutations and a flow taking your body through different ranges of movement to prep you for a fun mindbody cardio practice. Incorporating coordination and stability based exercises into your movement practice. Cool things down with light stretches and savasana. *Heated. All levels welcomed!
Yoga Trance Flow
Experience a mix of kundalini, powerful breath work, yoga flow and new movement practices to open your mind, release your body and free your soul.This class uses your breath and body to step into the realm of non-judgement through the twin vehicles of yoga and dance.
It’s a deep letting go of all thought and a surrender into the depths of your being designed to inspire, lift and change you from the inside out.
Freedom Flow is a fun and dynamic practice that honours the body’s natural organic rhythm and movement. This class will move you through a flowing sequence that incorporates strength and flexibility to create the feeling of space and freedom in the body and soul. *Heated Class

Has busy become your norm become your norm because we live in the fast lane and are blinded by more stimulation than we have ever seen before. We have completely transformed the way we live and it’s not surprising that increased levels of anxiety, stress and stimulation are keeping us on edge all day and awake all night. That’s why it’s time to shake things up with a yin/yang approach to yoga, beginning with mindfulness and a little bit of movement followed by a whole lot of stillness and loads of self-loving. This class will provide you with a practice that starts with deep, introspective, and quiet yoga that evolves into an energizing and uplifting yoga that sets you on your way for the rest of your day.
Tranquil Body Sculpt
A functional anatomy class that will transform your body from head to toe. This class is designed to improve posture, overall strength and increase flexibility. The instructor will guide you through a mix of subtle and intense toning and strengthening exercises using small props. The class will be conducted using a soft tone of voice, relaxing and uplifting music, the aroma of essential oils and will end with a beautiful savasana. No shoes or socks necessary.
Connect + Expand Vinyasa Flow
In this vinyasa flow class, you will connect to your energy and mindfully move to expand your yoga practice. Through meditation, breathwork and basic vinyasa asanas, we will flow with a focus on alignment of breath, postures and movement.
