What is Hot Yoga? Hot Yoga simply means yoga poses performed in a heated environment to boost the heart rate and metabolism while warming the muscles and joints. Our classes are all heated, from a mild 75 degrees to 90 degrees for our power classes.

What if I’m not flexible? This is the most common misconception that prevents people from coming to yoga. Yoga is about strengthening your body and mind, not about flexibility.

What should I bring to class? Please bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water and a towel for your mat. If you are showering after class bring another towel. Mats are available for rental ($2) and bottles of water are available for purchase ($1).

How should I prepare? Drink lots of water during the day and try not to eat a big meal prior to class.

Is there parking? Yes! Plenty of free parking.

What else do I need to know? Please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to class and observe silence in the studio. Please, no cell phones in the yoga studio. Please abstain from wearing perfume as the hot temperature amplifies odours.

How much should I practice? As much as possible!! Practicing 1-2 times a week will make you feel good, 3-4 times a week – physical, mental and spiritual changes will begin to happen at a quicker rate.

Rules and Etiquette for Coronation Studio

At Glow Yoga Studio we pride ourselves in creating sacred, magical, healing and inviting spaces to our community of students.

4535 Coronation Road is a home yoga studio. All studios on the property are for use of yoga classes open to the public who have registered to partake in a scheduled yoga class. These studios include the Loft studio and the outdoor studio – both located at the bottom of the walking path.

The yoga class schedule is available on our website and although pre-registration is not necessary we do encourage it as being a home studio spaces are limited.

The remainder of our property is private property. Trespassing is not permitted and we trust that students participating in our yoga classes will respect this rule with the property owners. This includes the new Kokoro studio located at the front of the property which is not open to the public unless otherwise indicated in a pre-registered class.
Please note parking spaces are located on the left side of the driveway as you enter the premises and you must pull all the way into the spaces in order to allow other vehicles to pass through the driveway. Please ensure you are pulled far enough into the space before heading to your yoga class.
Please take note of all signage on the property that indicates the direction of the studios and where parking is permitted.
The studio owners have opened their property up to the public for yoga classes in designated yoga studio locations – not for any leisure activities outside of the yoga studios under any circumstances.
Visiting the yoga studios when classes are not scheduled is not permitted, and under no circumstance should students remain on the property after the teacher has exited the studio.
We please ask that all students exit the premises following the completion of their yoga class at a reasonable time.
If you have any questions please email us at or call 905-668-4569.
We want to keep our space sacred and magical to all who visit, and we require the same privacy and respect in return.
