Vinyasa Fire Yoga

This 60-minute class is designed to build heat, tone and detoxify the body.  Together we will synchronize movement and breathe for the ultimate mind-body practice.  When you’re ready to get sweaty, this high-intensity flow sequence is perfect for building strength, endurance and balance. This class will leave you feeling powerful and invigorated.   *Heated Class

Vinyasa Level 1

Vinyasa Level 1 is a great place to start for new practitioners – or to stay – if this style resonates with you. This practice is a slower practice with a focus on alignment and form. You’ll be introduced to basic foundational yoga asanas (postures), yogic breath and meditation technique. Strength, flexibility and body awareness are just some of the fruits that this yoga practice bears.

Empowered Vinyasa

Join Carol as she leads you through a practice that combines powerful intention setting, breathing techniques, kundalini yoga and vinyasa flow.  This class is designed to recommit you to your intention, balance your energy and lead you directly from your head into your body.  The answers to all questions lie within.  When we begin to embrace the practice of embodiment, we open the door to our intuition and the answers that we seek.

Body Glow

Carefully crafted class infused with yoga and other movement modalities such as plyometrics, pilates and cardio. This class will move, connect and ignite your practice on a deeper level. * Indoor running shoes required  * heated class  * advanced to intermediate  * pre-registration required

Recharge & Restore

In this class, we use a combination of Vinyasa (or flow) class with some restorative poses thrown in! This class will allow you to get your body moving and then blissed out and relaxed!

Restorative Yoga

In this class, we will use mantras, meditation and gentle movements in addition to traditional restorative postures where you will be well supported with lots of props. The purpose of this class is to give the Central Nervous System a chance to slow down, to bring ourselves out of fight or flight mode and into a state of relaxation and rest. The focus is on connecting to the breath and releasing long-held patterns of stress and tension in the body.


Combining traditional Pilate exercises with Integrated Movement Therapies (IMT) this class will focus on developing lean muscles, core strength, balance and flexibility using purposeful movement. It will also help clients become aware of the relationship between breathing patterns and spinal alignment


Perfect class for beginners, for those who are uncertain, or have questions. For all of us who want to better understand how our body works in movement and flow. This is an opportunity to experience a learning environment for yoga poses and integrated therapeutic exercises, to build posture muscles, healthy alignment and core stability. This is the class where you can ask why. Come with your questions and learn modifications that make asana approachable for everyone. We will spend time deconstructing a pose and practice safely, to protect the spine and joints. Enjoy new ways to approach Eastern traditional poses as we bring them into our Western world.


Hatha yoga refers to a set of physical exercises (known as asanas or postures), and sequences of asanas, designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones. The postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body—especially the main channel, the spine—so that energy can flow freely. Hatha is also translated as ha meaning “sun” and tha meaning “moon.” This refers to the balance of masculine aspects—active, hot, sun—and feminine aspects—receptive, cool, moon—within all of us. Hatha yoga is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites. In our physical bodies, we develop a balance of strength and flexibility. We also learn to balance our effort and surrender in each pose. Hatha yoga is a powerful tool for self-transformation. It asks us to bring our attention to our breath, which helps us to still the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment.

Vibrant Vinyasa Flow

A vigorous power-practice designed to challenge and energize. With a focus on core strength, balance, posture and alignment. This class is beneficial to anyone seeking to enhance their overall concentration and center of balance while linking free flowing movement with breath creating a graceful and strong practice.

Yoga Fire Flow

Embrace a yoga flow that is designed to inspire, lift and change you from the inside out.  Enjoy a mixture of powerful breath practices, yoga-inspired flows and new movement practices to help live your energy and connect you back to your true essence.  This class will help you to move through any stuck energy or blockages in your life, encouraging the development of confidence and inner strength. *Indoor running shoes recommended *Heated Class *Intermediate to Advanced

Freedom Flow

Freedom Flow is a fun and dynamic practice that honours the body’s natural organic rhythm and movement.  This class will move you through a flowing sequence that incorporates strength and flexibility to create the feeling of space and freedom in the body and soul. *Heated Class

We have completely transformed the way we live and it’s not surprising that increased levels of anxiety, stress and stimulation are keeping us on edge all day and awake all night.  That’s why it’s time to shake things up with a yin/yang approach to yoga, beginning with mindfulness and a little bit of movement followed by a whole lot of stillness and loads of self-loving. This class will provide you with a practice that starts with deep, introspective, and quiet yoga that evolves into an energizing and uplifting yoga that sets you on your way for the rest of your day.
