3 Intensives SomaYoga Therapy & Somatics Intensive, SomaYoga Therapy & Clinical Techniques, Teaching Yoga for SAD with Molly McManus

$1500 USD for all 3 intensives, 60 CEU hours

EARLY BIRD RATE: $1350 USD before September 15.

Each Intensive is $525 USD and 20 CEU hours

SomaYoga Therapy & Somatics Intensive 

In this intensive you will begin to learn the proven and groundbreaking Therapeutic SomaYoga methodology and how to incorporate it into your yoga practice to alleviate chronic pain in yourself and others, increase mobility and stability, as well as increase athletic performance.
  • Learn how SomaYoga can help you work toward smarter muscles and why 2 conscious cycles with curiosity are better than 10 fast repetitions.
  • Explore how Somatics involves the brain, muscles and the nervous system.

SomaYoga Therapy & Somatics Clinical Techniques

Increase your Yoga teaching skills in private sessions! We will work with anatomy, functional movement and use the practice of “Pandiculation” for Somatics to help re-educate the muscles.

This re-education followed by a tailored home practice will help students move with less pain, more ease and grace. Join us for this powerful self-healing practice!

Teaching Yoga for Stress, Anxiety and Depression

Through the various practices of yoga we can learn how to find a calm center in the midst of stress, anxiety, depression and PTSD and the events that may contribute to these.
Discover:
  • the systems involved with the physiology of stress and Yogic philosophy & principles for overcoming the associated diseases
  • the bodies response to stress and how to release some of the physical habits that lead to its cumulative effects
  • tools to build a foundation for emotional stability and happiness
You will learn the methodology for leading and structuring a class that includes:
  • how to create a safe and brave space
  • handle issues that may arise and how to support students
  • scope of practice and resources
